Our keto ice cream is handcrafted in our Los Angeles commercial kitchen. That means supplies are limited, and we may occasionally be out of a flavor you want.

At this time, you can only order Two Spoons Ice Cream from this website. Accept no substitute.

We make every pint of ice cream by hand, using only the best locally and ethically sourced ingredients. That means California Dairy, perfectly ripe fruit, rich coffee and cacao and the best ingredients.

This is the premium, low-carb ice cream we always wanted, but couldn't have. So we made our own. Iconoclasts, us!

We believe better-for-you food is worth paying for.

If you don't agree that Two Spoons is the best low-carb ice cream you've ever had, we'll make it right. Just contact our customer service team.

We believe that Two Spoons low-carb ice cream is the best of the best. But if you don't agree, simply contact us and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or a refund.

And no, we won't ask you to ship it back.

Orders are shipped from our LA kitchen Mondays and Tuesdays to protect the product in transit.

Ice cream needs to be kept at a stable, frozen temperature below 0 F. When you receive your Two Spoons order we strongly recommend opening it immediately, and transferring the pints to your freezer for at least an hour or two before eating.

But how do we ship it perfectly frozen?

After hand-packing your pints, we put them in our deep freezers where they're kept at or below -20 F. When it's time to ship your order, your pints are transferred to a thermally insulated container and surrounded by dry ice.

We ship your order that day with 1 or 2 day delivery, and enough dry ice to survive even the warmest days in transit plus a few hours waiting at your door.

But don't dally! Check your shipment tracking number and make sure someone is there to receive your box as quickly as possible.

When receiving your package, you may find some remaining dry ice. Please handle dry ice carefully, as it can cause severe burns. Leave this dry ice outside to sublimate (evaporate) safely.

If your pints do not arrive in perfect, frozen condition, contact us that day for a refund or replacement order. We'll make it right.

Ice cream needs to be preserved in transit, and anything longer than 2 day delivery risks ruining the precious, creamy goodness that is Two Spoons.

So for now, we're only shipping to places within a 2-day delivery radius of Los Angeles.

But we'll expand soon enough, and if you want Two Spoons in your neck of the woods, contact us and let us know. Maybe we can work something out.
